Key Construction is delighted to announce the successful completion of a substantial project for the City of Toledo Engineering Department, in collaboration with GEYDE Development. This noteworthy project involved the comprehensive build-out of a 25,000 square foot space in a historic building, originally constructed in 1928, located in downtown bustling heart of downtown Toledo.

The scope of the project was extensive, including the installation of new partition walls, an acoustical ceiling, high-end flooring, doors, modern plumbing, complete electrical work, a new HVAC system, and an advanced fire suppression system.  This extensive renovation and build-out were remarkably completed in just three months, demonstrating Key Construction's commitment to efficiency and excellence. The project was finalized just in time for the Engineering Department to begin their new year in a state-of-the-art, yet historically rich, facility. Key Construction is grateful to the City of Toledo and Geyde Development for entrusting this significant restoration and modernization of a treasured historic building, showcasing our ability to blend modern construction needs with historical integrity.
