Key Construction was recently hired as the design-build contractor to custom-build a house in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. This project posed several unique challenges, which we overcame to ensure the highest quality of work. The most prominent challenge we faced was the requirement to import all the finish materials from Italy and Lebanon.

We navigated the international regulations, estimated shipping costs and delivery times, and worked with our suppliers to make sure the materials arrived on time and in perfect condition. We also worked closely with the homeowner to ensure their vision was brought to life. We provided detailed project updates and kept in contact frequently to make sure the homeowner was aware of our progress. Throughout the process, we worked with the homeowner to make any necessary adjustments to ensure the house was built to their exact specifications.

Thanks to our attention to detail, the custom build was completed on schedule and to the highest standards. The homeowner was delighted with the end result and the custom house was built to their exact vision. We are proud to have been part of this project and look forward to taking on similar projects in the future.
