Key Construction was contracted to transform the façade of Holliday Park Medical Center, located in Westland, Michigan. This project required a complete overhaul of the building's exterior, including demolition of 3 floors of existing façade and balconies, replacement of all existing windows, installation of new brick veneer, new EIFS, and new metal paneling for the soffit and façade wrapping around the building.

Key Construction worked closely with the client to ensure that all of their expectations were met, and that the project was completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The team used the latest technology and materials to ensure that the building was up to the highest standards of safety and aesthetics.
