Key Construction recently completed a 3,500 SF Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Dundee, Michigan. This new construction project was completed under the scheduled 120 days timeline. Key Construction provided a full range of services, including design and engineering, site selection, cost estimation, and construction management. The team worked closely with the Dairy Queen franchise to ensure the project was completed on schedule. Key Construction also provided the necessary permits and approvals to ensure the project was compliant with local and state regulations.

The project included the construction of the building foundation and shell, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and exterior finishes. The team also provided additional work, such as landscaping, to complete the project.
