Key Construction was selected by Aesthetic Medica Medical Spa to complete their new Dearborn Heights, Michigan location. This project included a full design-build of the medical spa. Key Construction was responsible for the demolition of the existing tenant space, as well as framing of new walls, new electrical, new plumbing, custom millwork, carpentry, and high end finishes with some material imported from Italy.

The project timeline included close coordination and collaboration between the design-build team and Aesthetic Medica Medical Spa. Key Construction worked diligently to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their experienced team of professionals worked closely with the design team to provide the best possible solutions for the project. The project was completed on time and within budget.
