Key Construction is proud to be working with Driven Brands, Inc. on the construction of a new Take 5 Car Wash in Toledo, Ohio. We are working hard to make sure that the project is completed to the highest standards. The scope of work includes the construction of a 4,500 square foot building with a state-of-the-art car wash system, a vacuum station, and a customer lounge. The building will also include an office, storage areas, and a sales counter.

The site work includes the installation of utilities, such as electricity, water, and sewer, as well as the paving and landscaping for the car wash. Our team is dedicated to making sure that all aspects of this project are completed on time and on budget.
