Key Construction recently completed a custom office build out in Rochester, Michigan. Key Construction employed its in house design team to provide the client with a streamlined service between design and budget cost. The project began with the design team creating detailed sketches of the desired layout. Once approved, the construction process commenced.

The entire space was custom-built to the owner's specifications, with attention paid to every detail, from millwork, moss walls, glass railings, thin brick, flooring and more. Key Construction imported materials from overseas to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and a unique look and feel.

Finally, the project was completed with the addition of custom furniture and artwork. The result was a state of the art office build out that exceeded the client's expectations. The streamlined service between design and budget cost allowed for an efficient and successful completion of the project.
