Key Construction was chosen to complete the interior build out for House of Chimney Cakes located in Dearborn, Michigan. This was a design-build construction contract with a focus on custom carpentry and custom millwork. Key Construction was responsible for designing and constructing the interior space to meet the client’s vision.

The scope of work included custom carpentry, custom millwork, and installation of materials from overseas. Key Construction worked closely with the client and the project team to ensure the highest quality of work was achieved. The team also worked to ensure that the project was completed on time and on budget.
