Key Construction was contracted to complete the tenant build out space for the China Express restaurant inside the Franklin Park Mall in Toledo, Ohio. The project included the remodel of an existing space of 1,500 square feet. This space was redesigned to create a modern and inviting atmosphere for the customers. The scope of work included demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, millwork, plumbing, and electrical work.

Key Construction worked closely with the restaurant’s owner to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget. Key Construction’s team of experienced professionals worked diligently to ensure the project was completed with the highest quality of standards and professionalism. Upon completion, the final product was a well-designed, modern restaurant space that was pleasing to customers.
