The BP Gas Station in Dundee, Michigan contracted Key Construction to complete the building addition and renovation of the station. The project was completed under a design-build contract, which allowed Key Construction to design, build, and manage the project. During the project, Key Construction constructed a new 2 story addition to the building, which included a new stock room and office. The existing building was also renovated, with new flooring, walls, and fixtures. Key Construction also updated the mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing to meet local codes.
