Key Construction recently completed a 3,600 square foot Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Monroe, Michigan. This project was completed within 120 days, and we worked day and night to meet the franchisee’s schedule. We worked closely with the city to expedite the schedule and address any issues that arose during the construction process. We were also able to bring the project in under budget, thanks to our close collaboration with the franchisee.
