Key Construction was proud to be awarded the tenant build-out project for USI Insurance Services on the 14th floor in the Tower of Maumee located in downtown Toledo, Ohio. Our team worked diligently to complete this project within the scheduled timeline and under budget. The project consisted of a complete build-out including installation of partition walls, drywall, insulation, flooring, millwork, acoustical ceiling, doors, electrical wiring, HVAC system, fire alarm system, and fire suppression system.

Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that all of their requirements were met and that the project was completed to their satisfaction. At the end of the project, USI Insurance Services was pleased with the outcome of their tenant build-out and were happy with the results.
